On the 5th, 12th and 19th May 2020, Valeria Berchicci*,  offered our Network a series of online meditation sessions, on the topics: Meditation for Leadership, Yin-Yang Leadership and Developing Leadership Traits.

Throughout these sessions, the participants had the opportunity to discover new skills and tools to build resiliency and leadership – an experience that will certainly be beneficial to them not only to go through this challenging time, but also for the rest of their leadership path.

Thank you to all the attendees for your participation and to Valeria Berchicci for such generous and inspiring sessions!

Extraordinary times mean extraordinary mesures and WIL Europe is now going more digital than ever. On the 23th of April 2020, following the COVID-19 developments, our network proposed to its members, participants and alumni of the Women Talent Pool program, as well as to selected guests, the possibility to join an online webinar on “Asian Perspective in the Covid-19 Crisis", moderated by our Board Member Emanuela Palazzani in conversation with guest speaker Emmanuelle Macé-Driskill.

More than ever, WIL Europe has an important role to play in ensuring that women’s contributions and perspective to overcome this crisis are heard and recognized. We were thus very pleased and honored to have had the opportunity to hear Emmanuelle’s insights on the topic!

Thanks to Emmanuelle, the participants to this webinar learned more about the lessons that Asia is learning from this unprecedented time and how this may be applied to Europe, as well as the positive side we can take from it by improving companies’ policies and strategies and move ones organisations forward in the post-covid reconstruction.

Thank you to all the attendees for your participation and to Emmanuelle Macé for your insightful contributions!

We look forward to welcoming you at our upcoming initiatives!

On the 8th of April 2020, following the COVID-19 developments, WIL Europe proposed to its members, participants and alumni of the Women Talent Pool program, as well as to selected guests, the possibility to join an online meditation session in collaboration with Beatrice Iulini, Yoga Professional and Life Coach.

A bright opportunity for all of them to take care of themselves and for our network, to build a stronger sense of community and solidarity, so important in these days.

Particularly now, meditation is undoubtedly one of the best ways to keep oneself centered and calm, being clinically proven to reduce anxiety and help grow the good parts of our brains.

Thanks to Beatrice, the participants to this webinar learned more about the benefits of a mindfulness practice routine, as well as to learn how meditation can empower them to be the change agents needed to move their organizations forward now and in the post-covid period.

Thank you to all the attendees for your participation and to Beatrice Iulini for this inspiring session!

We look forward to welcoming you at our upcoming initiatives!
