During this interactive workshop, Cristiana Falcone, WIL Member and Principal at CBF Strategies LLC, will guide participants through key strategies for building and strengthening their personal brand. Drawing from her extensive experience across global organizations, Cristiana will share practical tools to help you define your narrative, communicate your value with confidence, and maximize your impact as a leader.

WIL Board Member Emanuela Palazzani (Founder & CEO, Atman Advisory) will host a Connect And Mingle Afterwork at her residence in Milan on the 27th November 2025 from 18:00 to 21:30 for WIL Members, Fellows and Talents.

Please note that the event will take place in Milan's Area C, with the address shared once participants have completed their registration.

It is open to all Members, WTP and Fellows based in Italy and to any members of the network in Milan on that date.

This special "Ask Me Anything" session featuring inspiring WIL Member Isabella De Michelis di Slonghello will take place on 9 December 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00 CET.

Isabella is the CEO and Founder of Ernieapp Ltd, a Dublin-based technology start-up offering a consumer-oriented privacy service built around some of the strictest GDPR requirements. She is also the Managing Director and Founder of High Pulse GmbH, a strategic advisory firm supporting businesses and governments on telecom policy, digital transformation, and investment strategies.

Earlier in her career, Isabella held senior roles at Qualcomm Inc. and Cisco Systems, leading technology policy, regulatory, and strategy initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. She is also the founder and former Chairwoman of the Technology Innovation and Investment Council (TIIC, now 4IP), a think-tank focused on innovation and IPR advocacy.
