This annual meeting will be a collective and important moment for our Members from across Europe to get together and reflect on the activities and successes of the last year and hear what's coming up and brainstorm together!

At key moments in our careers, we are asked to make decisions without having all the answers. New challenges, transitions, and opportunities often require us to move forward despite uncertainty.

During this workshop, Eléna Fourès, top executive coach and Founder & President of IDEM PER IDEM Consulting, will show you how you can embrace risk as a positive concept, guide you towards a better understanding of what are real or imaginary risks, and in turn give you the tools to "think big" and achieve your professional goals. Through practical insights and reflective exercises, participants will be encouraged to broaden their perspective, strengthen their confidence in decision-making, and approach professional ambitions with greater clarity and boldness.
