At key moments in our careers, we are asked to make decisions without having all the answers. New challenges, transitions, and opportunities often require us to move forward despite uncertainty.

During this workshop, Eléna Fourès, top executive coach and Founder & President of IDEM PER IDEM Consulting, will show you how you can embrace risk as a positive concept, guide you towards a better understanding of what are real or imaginary risks, and in turn give you the tools to "think big" and achieve your professional goals. Through practical insights and reflective exercises, participants will be encouraged to broaden their perspective, strengthen their confidence in decision-making, and approach professional ambitions with greater clarity and boldness.

The European Union is navigating a period of profound economic and social transformation, with skills, employment, and resilience at the centre of its future competitiveness. In light of these developments, we are pleased to invite WIL Members to an Exclusive Exchange with Roxana Mînzatu, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission.

As the Commission prepares to present the Quality Jobs Roadmap, Roxana Mînzatu, a prominent voice on Europe’s social and economic agenda, will share her reflections on how these themes connect to Europe’s competitiveness, resilience, and social preparedness. She will also discuss how these priorities are shaping Europe’s economic and social model in an increasingly complex global environment.

This interactive session gives Members the opportunity to engage directly with an EU Executive Vice-President and gain exclusive insights into Europe’s policy direction at a pivotal moment.
