This project aims to empower and inspire young women through interaction with senior female leaders from different sectors/industries, including STEM, finance and law, making a difference to their future career choices and to their lives.

The project's main activity will involve a virtual exchange-interview between a role model and a young emerging talent, with questions prepared by the young talent with WIL Team's support. It offers an opportunity for young women to learn from and be inspired by an influential female leader, as well as to develop their interviewing, communication and leadership skills.
