Meet our Team of Volunteers
Hanna has a dual background in Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, and works in Training and Development. Her mission: raise awareness about the importance of equal opportunities in leadership, in pay, and in work/life balance, irrespective of gender.
Alison is British and has been living and working in France for almost 8 years. She works in the non-profit sector and dedicates her free time to fighting for different causes: women's rights and empowerment, social inclusion and mentorship for young people. She is really proud to be part of the Women in Leadership adventure !
Aurélie is a proud feminist, driven by gender equality and female empowerment. After ten years in the digital world, she changed career path to explore conflict resolution and mediation. Given how much she loves hearing the stories of others, she decided to launch a documentary podcast called "Ceci est ton corps".
Anel is an incoming Master 1 student at Sciences Po Paris. She has been a WIL volunteer since June 2019. She is passionate about women's role in the economy, as well as equality of opportunity and empowerment. Her hobbies include running, open water swimming, and reading.
Hajar is currently doing an internship in tax law and working towards becoming a lawyer in this field. She strongly believes that practical solutions are the way towards having more women as leaders and decision-makers. She is proud to be part of WIL because it gives women real opportunities to grow and develop.

Nadège is committed and highly-driven, and is passionate about gender equality and European Affairs.
Since September 2020 she has been President of JEF-Paris (Young European Federalist) where she has managed a team of 20 people. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in European Affairs.
Lucy is a student of Politics, International Relations and French. She is passionate about all forms of female empowerment, particularly by encouraging changing societal attitudes and promoting the voices of women. She is proud to have played a role in our network as a Communications Intern!
After a first part of her career working for European political institutions and associations, Alexandra decided to take a shift and realise her dream of becoming an entrepreneur. She founded Citron ou Limonade in 2021 and is now a coach for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn their lemons (life & professional challenges) into their dream business.
Ainsley is from Canada. She completed her Masters in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action at Sciences Po Paris, during which time she had the opportunity to intern with WIL! She is now an International Recruitment Advisor for Opportunities New Brunswick in Canada and leads a Girl Power Group with Newcomer Connections to empower refugee and immigrant adolescent girls. She is passionate about the empowerment of women and girls through both equality of opportunity, work, and access to rights.
Josie was born and raised in the UK with Dutch parents. She recently finished her Master’s in European and Global law at UPF in Barcelona and is now working as an Environment, Health and Safety Legal Consultant in Brussels. She is passionate about promoting woman’s rights and equality, and tackling all forms of discrimination: in the current climate, it has become ever more important for women to unite and support one another in all areas of life!
Marusa was born in Slovenia, but feels Parisian too. After her internship at WIL, she joined the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), where she worked on international trade and development. Currently, she works as an International Affairs Manager for the Asia-Pacific region at Sciences Po. She is a proud feminist. Empowering women, whether through trade or education, has always been her passion.

Julia is a Communications, Public Affairs and Events Specialist. Born in Romania and raised in France, she spent 7 years in the United States (NYC) where she studied, and worked. Julia now lives in Paris where she is Senior Events Manager at INSEAD Business School, responsible for Advancement and Institutional events worldwide. Women empowerment and gender equality are her true passions, both professionally and personally.
