What does it truly mean to have executive presence, and why does it matter? In today’s fast-paced and complex business landscape, leaders are expected not only to perform but to inspire, influence and lead with clarity and composure. But how do you cultivate a presence that commands trust, drives engagement and opens the door to greater responsibility, without compromising authenticity?
Drawing from over three decades of leadership experience in global companies including Microsoft, IBM, Rexel and AT&T, Nathalie Wright, Non-Executive Board Member of Keolis, Quadient, and Amundi, and former Chief Sustainability and Digital Officer, will share her reflections on how to build and embody executive presence at senior levels. With experience spanning corporate governance, strategic transformation and international leadership, she brings a nuanced perspective on how to communicate with purpose and lead with impact.
