      Thanks to our partner INSEAD, we are delighted to invite you to join us, on the 27th February, 19:00 - 20:15, for a new webinar with Steve Dalton, Head of Daytime Careers at Duke Fuqua Business School and author of the bestselling job search guide The 2-Hour Job Search, on how to answer to the hardest and most common question in an interview, often right at the start of the interview: “tell me about yourself”. 

      This simple question derails more candidates than any other. In this webinar, Steve Dalton, will explain his “FIT model” and show how to answer this critical question well, and more generally how to talk effectively about yourself in interviews. The FIT model (Favourite part - Improvement sought - Transition made) will allow you to build rapport, show your motivation and highlight your suitability in a concise 2-minute answer. Once you have mastered the format, it will enable you to tell your story consistently and effectively throughout the interview process or in any professional environment !

      Steve Dalton will also focus more generally at what candidates should be trying to communicate in a job interview and what traps they should avoid. We believe that it will also be a great opportunity to learn more on how to talk about yourself and enhance your leadership and communication skills!

      Each year, WIL Europe organizes an Annual Gathering for its Members, Talents and Friends, to meet and exchange with other participants from the WIL network and selected guests.

      This year, we will meet on 21-22 March 2019 at Microsoft House in Milan (Viale Pasubio, 21, 20154 Milano MI, Italia)! Thanks to our partner Microsoft, we will be able to come together for a two-days gathering in one of Europe’s most vibrant hub of innovation and technology, where we will explore the topic of Digital Transformation through panel debates and presentations given by experts. Customized learning sessions will also be offered to the participants of our Women Talent Pool programme. 

      The event will start on the 21st at 11:00 for WTP participants, 12:30 for all participants and will end on the 22nd at 15:00 for everyone

      In addition, those who wish are invited to a day of shopping the Italian way, on Saturday 23rd of March! A bus will take you from Milan to the Fidenza Village, where you will be offered a VIP card with a 10% discount, as well as the advice of a personal stylist at your disposal, and will be welcomed at the VIP Lounge for a networking lunch with local regional products.
