Biography
Marica Colic is a finance and operations leader with more then ten years of experience working in international Shared Service Center environments. Over the course of her career, she has built and led regional finance teams, supporting organizational growth and transformation across multiple EMEA countries.
Currently working as Accounting Shared Service Center Manager at Tarkett, Marica focuses on creating structured organizations where performance and people development go hand in hand. Her leadership journey has evolved from strong focus on operational delivery toward deeper interest in strategic thinking, organizational alignment, and long-term impact.
She believes leadership is often less about having all the answers and more about creating conditions where people feel safe to contribute, take ownership, and grow. Working in dynamic and fast-changing environments has strengthened her curiosity about how leaders build influence, navigate different perspectives, and remain grounded while balancing strategic direction with immediate business demands.
Through the WIL program, Marica looks forward to strengthening her leadership impact, expanding her ability to influence across different leadership styles, and continuing to grow alongside peers facing similar organizational challenges.
