Biography
I started my professional life, in a startup focused in Health area. Later I moved to the Technological area, I work in Computer sector during the last 20 years, always in Financial Department. Firstly, in Madrid, in Nec Computer (later Packard Bell), I worked as Credit Controller, managing AR, credit limit analysis, cash flow, contractual agreements with the customers, control commercial actions and communication to the customers, etc.
After this, I had the opportunity to work in Barcelona with ACER Computer, during almost 10 years, there, I can manage a Team, stablishing new procedures (in the financial area) and reports to make financial decisions quicker and more efficiently. My main tasks were the P&L control, monthly closing, report to EMEA and manage annual external audit.
Now, I work in Lenovo Spain, here, as Iberia Market Controller, I work in closings, QBR preparation and presentation, annual budget and audits, I share my knowledge and experience to improve new procedures and ways of working and I work with different EMEA Teams as AR and Taxes. Here, additionally, I have the opportunity to collaborate with other EMEA Controllers to share experiences and synergies. My main proposal is to be a business partner in and out of the company.
