Biography
Annemiek is an experienced project manager at Rexel Netherlands, where she plays a crucial role in advising the organization on strategic project decisions and supporting project managers during implementation. She excels in establishing project structure and ensuring effective communication among all involved parties. Her strength lies in connecting team members and overseeing complex processes.
In addition to her advisory role, Annemiek actively engages in project execution. This hands-on approach allows her to stay connected with the implementation side of projects and test new concepts.
Before joining Rexel, Annemiek worked for a logistics service provider, where she was responsible for supporting customer implementations across Europe. Her role included methodology governance, mentoring, guiding, soft and hard escalations, and supporting broader initiatives and bids.
Annemiek studied at Delft University of Technology, where her passion for logistics and transport quickly emerged, drawn to the dynamic and diverse working environment. Outside of her professional life, Annemiek values sports, which help her to stay creative and relax.
