Biography
After graduating from a Top French Business School with a MSc in finance and management, Olivia started at Orange by joining the Orange Graduate Programme in 2011. She began her carrer as a buyer and then decided to cross the other side as an Account Manager managing a portfolio of top B2B customers; before being promoted to the position of sales manager. After 6 years on the B2B market, Olivia entered the B2C market as Head of CX, business developement and training within the IDF customer service.
Her mission is to lead a 120 people department, developing business animation, optimizing customer journey and developing advisors skills. She has undertaken different transformations and supported the teams into this fascinating environment.
Olivia always put her familiy first and plays tennis 6 hours every week.
