Biography

After graduating with a degree in Marketing from Strathclyde University Glasgow I started work in IBM at the age of 21. I held various progressive positions within customer fulfilment ultimately becoming a Customer Fulfilment manager responsible for all customer facing activities across the end to end supply chain.

In 2005 I joined Lenovo as the European Global Account and Serviceability Manager responsible for performance metrics and business analytics for the supply chain and Lenovo’s top accounts. I then progressed into various Supply Chain Project Management roles whilst also being the lead for the European Supply Chain management system and communications.

For the last few years I have broadened my project management experience in the EMEA Project Management Office, responsible for delivering strategic projects that support the EMEA business across all functions, including the transition of IBM server business to Lenovo. In addition to this I was also the EMEA customer experience program manager driving customer insight into processes to optimize customer experience.

I am from Scotland and have 3 children.
