Biography
Florentine graduated from Sciences Po Paris in public affairs and HEC Paris in business administration.
After short experiences in global investment banks, she joined the European Commission's Economic and Financial Affairs Directorate five years ago.
She started her career as an Economist working on financial stability and banking regulation, before becoming Team Leader for one of this Commission's flagship initiatives, the Investment Plan for Europe.
In 2017, she joined the Cabinet of European Commission Vice-President Katainen where she is responsible for the economic and financial portfolios.
Florentine is also a passionate cook and traveler.
