Biography
Cécile is head of the Economy Regional Department of the priority export sectors unit in the French Treasury. She’s in charge of promoting these sectors (mainly agriculture and food industries, sustainable development, NICT and health) at the international level and of federating French companies on export projects. She participates in designing and implementing the French foreign trade policy in these matters.
She previously worked in the international network of the French Treasury as an economic counsellor, deputy head of the economic service first in Madrid and then in Rome. Her responsibilities were as large as analyzing the domestic economy, advising the Ambassador and preparing government meetings. She also gave an institutional support to French firms doing business in these two countries. Before joining the French Treasury, Cécile worked for 4 years as a judge in an administrative court in Grenoble and then in Lyon.
She graduated from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-po) and Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA).
