Biography
Manuela Polcaro is a BDM for Oracle. Crucial role with the ambition to contribute to the development of strategies and execution plans in partnership with clients with the aim of making them conduct the business more effectively. Usually CEOs and CIOs want to deal with people who inspire trust, confidence and make things happen, and she is working intensively on it. Before moving to sales team, for 16 years she was a technician with very intense international experiences in in-depth understanding of innovation working with customers to understand their business, analyzing their needs and creating new opportunities. The approach has changed and is reflected by the level of conversation: from bits and bytes to vision and solution, cost and business evolution. She has a degree in Science and Technology of Communication. The discussed thesis was on an “Innovative project: The IT development, from the user-friendly to the “old-friendly” perception. How old people can be better integrated in the Net Society using technologies”. She obtained great pleasure from watching the “new grandparents” take their first steps into the cyber world having benefits from technology. Makes the difference with passion is the scope of her life. Born in Rome and always looking for new experiences and being in contact with different cultures. She got a Master on Data Science for Executive to drive the future evolution.
