This will be the first of two workshops on "Leading with Wholeness and Purpose". It will take place on Wednesday 16th September 2026, from 13:00 to 14:30 CEST, and will be led by WIL Secretary General Pinuccia Contino, Deputy Director for Equality and Head of Unit for Gender Equality at the Directorate-General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) at the European Commission, and Ambassador of Applied Compassion.

Through a mix of guided reflection, meditation, practical exercises and shared discussion, Pinuccia will invite you to explore what it means to lead with purpose, authenticity and compassion. This interactive session will offer a space to reconnect with yourself, reflect on your own leadership journey, and discover practical ways to bring more wholeness into your personal and professional life.

Please come wearing comfortable or loose clothing if possible.
