As part of the 11th Edition of the Women Talent Pool (WTP) programme, WIL Europe welcomed Nathalie Wright, Non-Executive Board Member of Keolis, Quadient and Amundi, to lead the Workshop "Building Your Executive Presence" on 21 October 2026.

The session invited Talents to reflect on how perception shapes opportunity, how to navigate gender bias, and how to project confidence while staying true to themselves, drawing on Nathalie's own experience as a female leader and practical strategies to be heard and recognised in the workplace.
