Biography

Julie is an associate in the M&A and Corporate department and advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as on corporate law matters.

Julie assists French and foreign clients, including large industrial groups as well as private equity and venture capital institutions. She has a long-standing experience of cross-border transactions and inbound investments in a great variety of business sectors as pharmaceutical and biotech industries, energy, tech and security.

Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in November 2021, Julie was an associate at US and French law firms in Paris. She has also been an intern at several English and American law firms in Paris and New York.
Julie was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2016.
She graduated from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas with a Master 2 in Business Law and from the Paris Bar School.
