Tejaswini Jangale is a seasoned IT professional with two decades of experience, recognized for delivering exceptional results and empowering diverse, high performing teams. Over the span of her career, she has successfully delivered more than 38 projects and 6 products, demonstrating strong technical expertise combined with strategic managerial capability.
Her career reflects a unique blend of hands on technical depth and leadership experience. She has worked across multiple domains—including CRM, E Commerce, Insurance, and Construction—gaining a broad understanding of business environments and customer expectations. Tejaswini’s professional journey also spans three geographies: South Africa, India, and the United States, giving her a global perspective on technology delivery and stakeholder management.
Beyond her core responsibilities, she has contributed to key organizational initiatives, including Project Management Office (PMO) process improvements and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. She is committed to building sustainable practices and fostering inclusive team cultures.
Outside the workplace, Tejaswini is a proud mother of two daughters and an accomplished national level veteran swimmer. In 2024, she secured first place in three national veteran swimming events. A dedicated yoga practitioner and music lover, she believes in maintaining harmony between professional excellence and personal well being.
