Biography
Curiosity has been the main driver of my journey.
Originally from China and now based in France, I have built my career by stepping outside my comfort zone and exploring new fields. I started in digital marketing and the cosmetics industry, but my curiosity about technology led me to learn web development and transition into the tech world.
Since then, I have enjoyed working where technology, people, and innovation meet. After several years as a consultant, I joined Lenovo, where I now manage a team of QA specialists and trainers. Alongside this role, I lead AI initiatives for the EMEA region, exploring how AI can transform the way we deliver services and collaborate.
What drives me most is the challenge of learning new things and turning complex ideas into practical solutions. I enjoy working with teams, building knowledge together, and helping people adapt to new technologies.
Outside of work, I enjoy music and calm sports. I am also the proud mother of a six-year-old boy who already speaks four languages, something that inspires me every day.
Through the WIL program, I hope to further develop my leadership, learn from other talents, and continue shaping my path in the tech world.
