With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, she has worked with Hi-Tech organizations across the Middle East, Africa, and Türkiye, supporting growth while building strong and inclusive workplaces. Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources, she combines strategic people practices with business objectives to contribute to sustainable organizational success.
As an HR professional, she focuses on maintaining a thoughtful balance between supporting business and leadership priorities while also serving as a trusted employee custodian. She is a data-driven professional who enjoys leveraging analytics in her day-to-day work to make informed decisions, strengthen people strategies, and drive meaningful outcomes.
Throughout her career, she has led regional expansions, supported organizational transformations, and introduced initiatives that strengthen collaboration, engagement, and performance. She is particularly passionate about mentoring emerging talent and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, believing that empowering people creates meaningful and lasting impact.
On a personal note, she lives in Dubai with her small family and enjoys spending quality time with them and their dog.
