Biography
I am an international business and education professional with over 15 years of experience in strategy, finance, and institutional leadership. I currently serve as Senior Manager, Business Analysis at INSEAD, where I partner with senior executives to translate complex data into strategic decisions that shape the school’s global direction.
Educated in Europe and Asia, including advanced business studies at leading French and international institutions, I have built my career at the intersection of analytics, governance, and impact. I have led cross functional initiatives that enhanced financial performance, strengthened decision making processes, and supported INSEAD’s mission to develop responsible leaders worldwide.
A committed advocate for inclusive leadership, I am passionate about advancing women in decision making roles and broadening access to transformative education. I bring lived experience of navigating male dominated environments, cross cultural contexts, and the realities of balancing a global career with family life. Through mentoring, speaking, and example, I aim to empower women across Europe to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
