Paris-born and shaped by global experience, I bring energy and optimism to every challenge. With 15+ years at Tarkett, I lead the LVT Product team within the Home & LVT Business Unit with composed of three product managers, steering product development projects from R&D to sales, always close to our factories and partners. My career evolved from marketing communications to EMEA product development director, fueled by a passion to turn bold ideas into profitable growth.
As a strategic product leader, I thrive on building high-performing teams, launching breakthrough innovations, and navigating the complexities of cross-functional stakeholder landscapes. I connect market insights, operational excellence, and sustainable development to deliver lasting value. Holding an MBA from the University of Alberta and a master's from EDHEC, I approach leadership with vision, authenticity, and a people-first mindset: easygoing, positive, and relentlessly focused on progress.
Based in Toulouse with my partner and his daughter, I find balance through outdoor sports—from lifelong horse riding to family golf rounds—and by nurturing creativity in the kitchen. I’m driven to build meaningful connections that inspire growth and innovation.
