Biography

Passionate about foreign languages and intercultural exchange, I initially planned to pursue a career as a conference interpreter. I subsequently broadened my expertise in economics and geopolitics at the Sorbonne and transitioned into international trade operations, working on complex and constrained markets in Africa and the Middle East at Sanofi.
I joined Bizline, one of Rexel’s own brand, in 2013 to lead the logistics expansion in Latin America and to optimize downstream transport costs. For the past four years I have been heading customer service and currently support four own brands across North America, Europe and Oceania, leveraging deep knowledge of logistical flows and export issues alongside strong interpersonal skills. Structured and agile, I adapt quickly while consistently focusing on delivering high-quality service.
