Biography
Currently Chief Marketing Officer of Santander in Spain, Sarah brings over 15 years of leadership experience with an expertise in Marketing, Commercial and Business management. Between 2018 and 2022, Sarah was Managing Director of Fabric & HomeCare division for Iberia based in Spain.
Sarah initiated her career with P&G in 2009 in Switzerland. She then transferred to Spain to lead the Fabric Care Business for Southern Europe. Subsequently, she joined the Middle East Regional Hub to oversee the Pantene business in Middle East & Africa before coming back to Spain in 2018.
As part of her leadership roles, she has been instrumental at constructively disrupting the business to deliver short & long-term data driven growth. Relying on her innovative vision and cross-functional strategic expertise, she is trusted to deliver ambitious organisational change initiatives.
Sarah believes in the power of brand & communication as the key enabler for sustained market growth. Her future focused approach and “people first” leadership style has inspired her teams to outperform in complex business environments.
French-born and a Business Graduate from NEOMA Business School, Sarah also holds a master's degree in Entrepreneurship from EM Lyon. Both her international academic and professional experience have allowed her to become highly adaptable, agile and resilient in volatile business environments.
Sarah is part of the Executive committee of the Spanish Advertisers Association & of the Committee of Autocontrol. She was awarded as one of the 2024 Top 10 Spanish best performing marketing leaders.
