Biography
Sannamari is a factory manager overseeing hoist production at Konecranes’ Hämeenlinna factory. She is responsible for factory quality, punctuality, safety, method development, and productivity. Leading a team of six direct subordinates—including supervisors, production planners, and engineers—she manages around 100 operatives and plays a key role in the factory’s strategic and operational development as a management team member.
Previously, she worked as a Materials Management Manager at Konecranes, leading purchasing, warehouse management, and supplier co-operation. She optimized inventory, ensured parts availability, developed supplier relationships, and improved materials management processes.
Her earlier experience as a Customer Service Engineer provided a strong foundation in customer relations, logistics, and technical solutions. She managed customer orders from placement to delivery, facilitated customer inspections, and strengthened collaboration between the factory and clients.
With expertise in production management, materials handling, and customer service, she excels in optimizing operations, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing.
