Biography

Maria Fedorova is a Senior Manager, Research and Impact, at the INSEAD Hoffmann Institute, where she leads the flagship research programme, as deputy to the Academic Director. Her work spans the full research grants lifecycle, faculty relations, governance, team management, and the translation of research into external impact — including strategic presence at global forums such as WEF, ChangeNOW, and the Business Schools for Climate Leadership initiative. Earlier work includes contributions to the IUCN World Conservation Congress, COP26, United Nations Academic Impact.

Maria is an Expert Advisor for the Earthshot Prize (2026) and a Fellow of the European Network for Women in Leadership.
