Biography

Elena is a Team Leader at the European Commission, with over 10 years of experience in European Affairs across the public and private sectors. Currently seconded to manage relations with the European Parliament, she has extensive expertise in leading complex negotiations on legislative files and representing the Commission in inter-institutional and international fora.

Elena holds a Master of Arts in European Political and Governance Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium) as well as a Double Master's Degree in International Relations and International Management from Sciences Po Lille and Lille 1 University (Lille, France), and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Milano Bicocca University (Milan, Italy).
