Agnieszka Medrzycka is an accomplished HR Business Partner with a proven track record in developing modern HR business solutions within international environments. With extensive experience in recruitment, talent development, and employee retention, Agnieszka excels in implementing effective HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Currently, Agnieszka serves as the HR BP for Lenovo, overseeing HR operations for Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. She is responsible for driving HR initiatives in learning, diversity & inclusion, and performance management.
Her expertise extends to managing recruitment, conducting training programs, and providing HR metrics to support decision-making.
Previously, Agnieszka held significant roles at Nokia, including Global HR Business Partner, where she developed key HR projects such as Digital Development Centers and Talent Retention Plans. Her early career at Siemens saw her successfully merge company cultures and reduce HR costs through strategic outsourcing.
Agnieszka's qualifications include a Postgraduate Study in Human Resources and various certifications in coaching, facilitation, and interview techniques.
Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, traveling, and cooking.
