I have almost 15 years of experience as both M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) external lawyer and company in-house M&A lawyer with strong technical M&A expertise in various kind of M&A transactions: disposals, acquisitions and restructuring operations in the industrial sector and private equity in France and internationally.
Always using project management and cross-functional management to conduct the projects I'm involved in, with always a strong customer focus.
Willingness over the years to open up my practice to a more social and ethical dimension and to put my skills to work on projects with high social and environmental impacts.
Personal involvement in a neighborhood charity whose action is centered around childhood.
