Biography
Before joining Capgemini in 2017, Noelle gained extensive experience as a multidisciplinary legal consultant at the law firm Oxygen+, where she was seconded to the legal departments of major corporations, including Orange SA, General Electric International, and Capgemini France. Following this enriching experience and embracing Capgemini's corporate values and ethics ("7 values"), Noelle seized the opportunity to join Capgemini France's legal department as the Legal Procurement and Partnerships Manager. In this role, she tackled challenges to develop legal expertise within the procurement service and later expanded her scope to partnerships and alliances.
Since being appointed as Legal Head, Noelle has demonstrated her added value through her managerial skills, advising on legal strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders, and leveraging her expertise to support other legal departments within Capgemini. She also took on the role of Legal Alliance Coordinator for SBU SCE. Noelle continues to embrace new challenges, exploring new areas of expertise in her role as SPOC IP expert and participating in cross-functional projects. Additionally, Noelle places significant importance on non-profit initiatives aligned with Capgemini's values and ethics, recently participating actively.
