Biography
Mathilde intervenes in insolvency law and business restructuring, both in counseling and litigation.
She regularly advises debtors, shareholders, buyers and creditors in various business sectors, in out-of-court prevention procedures and court-ordered reorganisation procedures. She also advises corporate managers facing liability actions.
Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2021, she practiced for more than four years with the French firm Veil Jourde.
Mathilde was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016 and holds a Master 2 degree in Private Law, a Master 2 degree in Insolvency Law and a degree from the Magisterium of business law from the Sorbonne Law School.
Mathilde is also member of the Association des Jeunes Professionnels du Restructuring (French society for young professionals active in the restructuring field).
