Iryna Avramenko is a dynamic, goal-oriented international leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Trained as a medical doctor, she made the courageous decision early in her career to step beyond clinical practice due to the challenging economic conditions in her country at the time, choosing instead to pursue opportunities within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
She currently serves as Global Sales Distribution Manager at Biotech Healthcare. Over the past two decades, Iryna has held roles of increasing responsibility across nearly 20 international markets, playing a key role in bringing innovative healthcare products and technologies to eye care professionals and patients worldwide.
Deeply passionate about people and leadership, Iryna strongly believes in open communication, trust, and collaboration as the foundation of high-performing teams. In recent years, she has gained unique and profound leadership experience by guiding organizations through one of the most challenging periods in modern history - the ongoing war in Ukraine. Leading in such circumstances required resilience, adaptability, and empathy, and offered lessons that no textbook can provide.
A strong advocate for women in leadership, Iryna is deeply committed to supporting the growth, development, and empowerment of women at all stages of their careers.
