Biography
In 2022, I joined Rexel Developpement as an IT Risk Manager, where I managed security risk evaluations for various entities and IT suppliers, safeguarding critical assets. My role was pivotal in ensuring the integrity and protection of our group's information systems. And since October 2023, i have transitioned to a Security governance and Awareness manager role, where i am thrilled to support the different entities in enhancing security maturity and instilling a culture of cyber awareness among users.
My career in IT and Security began with a formative experience in Security Program Management for a multilocal firm, where I honed my skills in cross-cultural collaboration, working with diverse teams across different countries. This role not only fostered my passion for international teamwork but also laid the foundation for my expertise in IT strategy and roadmap definition.
The dynamic nature of IT and Security, with its ever-evolving topics and technological innovations, brings me immense joy and professional fulfillment. My background, having grown up in Tunisia and lived across the Middle East, has imbued me with a profound appreciation for cultural diversity, enhancing my effectiveness in multicultural settings and inclusive leadership.
With a strong foundation in IT risk management and a dedication to fostering security awareness, I am eager to bring my skills and experiences to the International Women Leadership program, contributing to its vision and benefiting from its diverse and enriching environment.
