Biography
Michela D’Auria is Legal Head for the Banking and Insurance Market at Capgemini Italia S.p.A., with over 16 years of experience supporting complex, regulated financial environments. She is a lawyer since 2010, she provides strategic legal guidance on IT and digital transformation initiatives, advising on contractual frameworks, and legal risk management for complex IT agreements.
She works closely with all stakeholders: business, sales, delivery, procurement, compliance, and audit functions, supporting a unified, “one team” approach.
Based in Rome, Michela combines a leadership role with a focus on balance and continuous growth. She is married and a mother to an 11 year old daughter, an experience that has shaped her leadership style around empathy, pragmatism, and accountability.
Outside work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, listening to pop music, travel with her family and cooking — particularly traditional Italian desserts, which she finds both relaxing and creative.
Michela strongly believes that effective leadership comes from bringing empathy, curiosity, and humanity while continuously improving, both personally and professionally.
