Biography
Audrey Krause-Roehrig currently works as Culture, People & Finance Director at fritz-kulturgüter, the #3 Kola in Germany, where she reports to the Managing Director. Since October 2024, she has also taken over the role of Managing Director in the affiliate Fritz-Kola Belgium SRL. She has in-depth knowledge across company processes (Culture, People, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain), and a strong skills-set in project, process design and controlling.
Prior to joining fritz-kulturgüter, she worked in various Finance, IT and procurement roles at Marquard and Bahls, Mabanaft, Beiersdorf, Hilti after launching her career at Danone. Before that she studied in France and the UK.
Audrey is a mentor in her company, as well as outside it of. She strives to be a role model who shows that you do not have to be perfect, helping emerging leaders to understand what it takes to be an authentic leader, every day.
Audrey was raised in a family where Europe mattered, and where she had plenty of interactions with other countries. This opened up opportunities for her to travel and live abroad. She is French, lives in Germany and has two grown-up children.
