Biography
Julia is a Communications, Public Affairs and Events Specialist. She has a BA in Law and a Masters in Political Sciences from the University of Rennes, France. She also holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Baruch College, NYC.
Julia currently lives in Paris where she is Senior Events Manager at INSEAD Business School and responsible for Advancement and Institutional events worldwide. Formerly, she was Parliamentary Associate at the French National Assembly, and prior she worked as a Public Affairs Manager at SAMMAN law & corporate affairs.
Before joining the firm, Julia was the European Network for Women in Leadership (WIL) General Manager. Women empowerment as well as gender equality are her true passion and commitment, both professionally and personally.
Previously, she worked at the Development department of the W. J. Clinton Foundation, before being Count Me In for Women’s Economic Independence (CMI) Programs Manager. The supervision of all programs dedicated to help women business owners increase their revenues and create new jobs, was her main responsibility.
She has an extensive background organizing high-level events in the public and private sectors. A well-founded ground was acquired right from the start of her career as a trainee at the French Embassy’s Cultural Services and the Events department of the French Consulate in NYC. Prior to joining CMI, she worked as an Event Coordinator for Creative Edge Parties. At this NYC based catering company, she was responsible for their events production and development within the international and European markets.
