Biography
After graduating in strategic marketing at the Sorbonne University and after short work experiences at CPM and L'Oréal, Khatija joined the Orange Group. She began her career at Orange while she was still a student, first as a phone advisor, and then as a saleswoman in an Orange shop. In 2011, her operational experiences and her marketing skills allowed her to join the Orange France Marketing team to work on the Customer Experience 2015 strategy. In 2017, Khatija was promoted to Customer Experience Program Manager at the Group level, which gave an international dimension to her career. She later moved to a role at Natixis Payments, before working for two years at Galapagos as a Customer Experience Manager. She was appointed as Director for Omnichannel Journeys and Customer Culture at La Poste Groupe in 2022.
