Biography

After graduating from an European law master degree in the university of Strasbourg and a two-years experience as a preparationnaire at the ENA competitive exam, Siham Soulaimani entered the high authority for transparency in the public life. As a compliance officer, she controlled the assets of high public officials in her country and worked on increasing deontology and ethics in the French administration for two years. She entered the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2017 as a legal counsellor and a diplomat. She is also committed as Member of the Board of Directors in the association La Cordée which promotes equality and diversity in the French administrations and advocate for these topics as general secretary.
