Biography
Stella is an international talent development professional with over fourteen years of global experience in education program management, career coaching, training design, and building corporate partnerships. Since May 2017 she leads the newly formed team of the Career Development for Working Professionals at INSEAD delivering a world-class offering to over 400 executive programme participants. Prior to joining INSEAD she has held leadership roles in international education entities while living in Europe, Middle East, Asia and the US. She has coached countless candidates on their career development journey from undergraduate to masters, executive and PhD levels. Stella has also worked in a consultative capacity with corporate talent acquisition teams, assisting them to design innovative University engagement programs and implement successfully their recruitment strategies.

She holds a BA in Management & Business Administration (University of Macedonia, GR), an MSc in International Management (University of Surrey, UK) and an MBA (American College of Greece – ALBA). She was also the NAA President of the UAE Alumni Chapter of her MBA school for several years.

Stella’s "intra-preneurial" nature and passion for sharing knowledge through connecting people, led her to initiate and curate a regional “think tank” in 2012 (Middle East Career Development Conference) that run for 4 consecutive years. She volunteers on various non-for-profit organization, participates in speaking engagements around the world and often contributes in industry articles. Her recent exposure to the San Francisco startup scene has fueled her passion for innovation and constant curiosity for discovering new technologies that disrupt the way we provide education services to a global student population. In her free time, Stella is a serious “travel junkie”, an even more serious salsa dancer; loves stand-up comedy gigs, her “big fat Greek” family and her little Yorkie.
