Ms. RAHMOUNI is the Political Advisor on Digital and Internet Governance Policy at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This year, she actively participated to organize the Internet Governance Forum in 2018. Previously, she served as European legal advisor in the French Data Protection Authority
She is also lecturer in the Executive Master « Digital Humanities » of Sciences Po Paris where she teaches legal and international issues raised by digital globalization in terms of regulation, privacy and data protection.
She published several articles about the digital revolution and its impacts on the economic Law and the global governance. In 2019, she will publish with 15 other experts a multidisciplinary book entitled The Digital Challenges. Thinking and Practicing the Digital Transformation.
She is graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the Pantheon-Assas University of Paris.
In 2009 and 2010, she received two Awards that distinguish women for their academic studies and their involvement in leadership and decision-making actions.
She speaks French and German as she studied in a French-German Program and also English and Arabic.
