In February 2018, Nathalie joined Rexel as Group Digital and IT Transformation Director and member of the Executive Committee.
She is coming from Microsoft France where she first led the Public Sector Division for 2 years focusing on growing the business and expanding the adoption of Microsoft’s technology platforms to all Public entities.
In October 2011, she was appointed General Manager in charge of the Enterprise & Partner Group. Her role is to position Microsoft as a partner of choice for the development of Large Enterprises in France and to increase Strategic Alliances especially around Cloud computing. She is also responsible to build a successful organizational structure by creating good synergy with the other Microsoft brands and to attract new talents.
Nathalie Wright has been a member of the Board of Directors since her arrival at Microsoft. She is also the Lead for the “Diversity” initiative, Chief Operating Officer of the association Women in Leadership.
Before joining Microsoft France, Nathalie Wright spent 4 years at A&T as “Vice-President South Europe” in charge of France, Italy, Spain and Middle-East. This experience and the various managerial positions she held at MCI-Worldcom from 1999 to 2004 allowed her to gather a great amount of experience in several segments, especially handling SMEs and large accounts in France and abroad. She started her career in 1987 at Digital and then at Newbridge Networks.
Nathalie Wright holds Bachelor and Master Degrees in Economics, graduated from IAE Paris and followed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at INSEAD. She received the French Legion of Honor decoration in January 2011.
