Biography

Cinzia Boschiero is the founder and owner of E.C.Partners (www.ecpartners.it), a company specialised in Press Office and Dissemination, since 1989.

Besides being a producer and director of radio and television formats regarding economy, health, research and innovation issues, Cinzia also organises congresses, events, and teaches Euro-Journalism at the National Order of Journalists. She won two calls of the European Parliament by creating two new TV formats, “ Eurochat” and “Europainforma” for regional and national media, and cooperates with DG Sante and DG Research of the European Commission for dissemination.

She is press officer, in Italy and abroad, for corporations, associations, companies, and for international initiatives like Pilosio Building Peace Award, the italian selection of the EUCYS - European Union Contest for Young Scientists of the European Commission (since 1990), she has been press officer for the G7 Side Event Health in Milan and she has won several EU projects as consultant and dissemination manager.

Specialised in EU matters, she has fixed TV sections dedicated to EU funds and EU news (one in RAI, one in Telelombardia TV, Antenna3, Milanow, another on the national channel 82, “Eurochat” on the national Tv 7Gold). She is editorialist and correspondent of European issues hosted on different media (Italiaoggi7, Affaritaliani, PMI national magazine, Panorama Sanità, Il Foglio etc).

She is also a member of several international associations such as the journalistic associations UGIS National Union of Scientific Journalists (in Ugis she is part of the Directive Board - Ugis that is an association founder of EUSJA), she is part of the directive board of association GUS, member of UNAMS; and AIJPF (International Association of Women Journalists, recognized by UNESCO since 1964) and she is member of some entrepreneurs’ associations like WomenTech, EWMD, Foundation Bellisario. She is a volunteer in some onlus associations like Lasallian Women, Alomar, AIM.

Cinzia graduated in 1983 with 110/110, at the Catholic University of Milan, with a further specialisation in Business English & Management at the State University of San Diego, USA and some advanced courses in cybersecurity and integrated communication strategies. She is proficient in English, German, Spanish, French.
