Biography

After Johanna graduated from law school in Leuven (Belgium), she started her career as an employment lawyer 12 years ago. Being recently promoted to Counsel at Osborne Clarke, Johanna advices on collective and individual employment matters, and on a variety of the legal issues around workforce solutions and new technologies and employment. She is particularly passionate about employee privacy, GDPR compliance, business protection, the implementation of HR technologies and digital transformation in the workplace. She spent time on secondment to Osborne Clarke’s Silicon Valley office in 2014, giving her a unique insight into the US market. Johanna has two sons aged 4 and 2 and loves doing active outdoor family outings.
