Biography

After 15 years in Product Marketing, Ava has switched from Marketing to HR where she applies her expertise in Design Thinking and Agile methods to design meaningful experiences for Orange employees. She is currently the Employee Experience Lead for the Global Orange HR Job Line. Her team mission is to simplify and improve employees’ life at work through data analytics and HR personalization. Previously Ava had lived in Beijing, London and Barcelona where she had worked for Orange Labs, ESADE Business School and BBDO Contrapunto (Advertising agency) in a series of leadership roles. She particularly enjoys working in multicultural environment and diverse teams. Ava holds a Master Grande Ecole from Grenoble Business School (GEM) in 1999. She is also a certified Agile Scrum Master (scrum.org).
