WIL Event in Paris - WTP 10 Editions Celebration & Kick-off WTP 11 (09 Apr 2026)

On 9 April 2026, WIL Europe will bring together its community in Paris, hosted by Orange, to celebrate a major milestone: 10 editions of the Women Talent Pool Leadership Programme, while officially launching the 11th edition.

Hosted by WIL Members Karine Dussert-Sarthe and Milena Harito at Orange, this milestone gathering will bring together WIL Members, Talents, Fellows, and selected guests to honour a decade of impact and reflect on the lasting influence of the programme and of our network in empowering women leaders across Europe.

The gathering will bring together dedicated moments for WTP 11 Talents and progressive networking with Fellows and Members, creating a space for leadership dialogue and cross-generational exchange. It will also be enriched by insights from a global expert, sparking influential discussions, championing diverse leadership voices, as well as thought-provoking debates on why programmes like WTP and networks like ours are more important than ever.

We are going to Madrid for our next WIL Networking Afterwork, taking place on 16 April, from 19:00 to 21:30. Will you join us?

While WIL previously gathered in Madrid back in 2014, this will be our first dedicated Networking Afterwork in the city, marking an exciting new chapter as we actively develop and strengthen our presence in Spain. Ahead of our Annual Gathering on 6 November (yes, Madrid will host us twice in 2026!), this evening is a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with Members, WTP and Fellows, welcome new inspiring women leaders and emerging talents, and help shape the future of our local community.

The Afterwork is open to all Members, WTP and Fellows based in Spain, as well as any members of the network who happen to be in Madrid on that date. We warmly encourage each attendee to invite one guest if they so wish, ideally a female leader or promising talent interested in discovering and engaging with our network.

Let’s make this first dedicated Afterwork in Madrid vibrant, meaningful and the starting point of something lasting!
