Events and Networking

WIL events and workshops, open to all of our Members, offer them the opportunity to intervene on and broaden their knowledge of issues of strategic importance for business and development, expand their horizons, and network with each another as well as with other high-level decision makers. 

Recent activities include: high-level conference on the Future of Trade with Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis from the European Commission; high-level debate on Technology and Inclusion; Members' Virtual Networking sessions; and a Members' dinner in Brussels.

Women Talent Pool Leadership Programme

Our 12-month Women Talent Pool leadership programme (WTP) is a unique cross-sectoral leadership programme that aims to train and promote a new generation of female leaders in Europe. It is dedicated to female talents with 7-15 years experience identified as having high potential and the ability and motivation to rise and reach tier 1 positions. Public Speaking

We actively pursue speaking opportunities for our Members, such as presentations during our conferences, as well as opportunities to conduct workshops, in order to increase their visibility and promote them as experts.

WIL's Communication Channels and in interviews

We raise the profile of our Members by promoting their activities and achievements in our monthly newsletter, read by over 1500 contacts from the business, political, policy and academic fields, and on our website, social media channels and exclusive online Directory. This includes the opportunity to be interviewed and featured in our newsletter and on social media.
