Biography
After graduating from an Economic Faculty in Slovakia, Zuzana joined Lenovo 13 years ago. She started her career at Lenovo by joining the newly established shared service center in Bratislava as a Customer Fulfilment Representative. She held a few transactional positions in the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organisation, looking after EMEA business and accounts, before becoming a Chief of Staff to the EMEA GSC Leader in 2014. In 2017, Zuzana was promoted to Senior Customer Operations Manager, looking after the EMEA Customer Order Resolution team and still maintaining the Chief of Staff role. Her team’s mission is to place customer PC orders into Lenovo system, to resolve problem issues preventing the order load and most recently also to digitize the order load with the help of robotic process automation (RPA). Zuzana is single but passionate about children (she is a god-mother to 1 boy and 3 girls). She likes travelling and hiking.
