Biography
Diane graduated from ESCP Europe, a French Business School, while earning simultaneously a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and a Bachelor in Political Science from La Sorbonne.
Member of the Paris Bar, she started her professional career as a lawyer in the M&A Department of a leading French international law firm. 5 years ago Diane joined the Orange Group Legal M&A team.
As part of the team, Diane has co-piloted a number of strategic acquisitions and divestments for Orange. On every M&A transaction entrusted to her, Diane works hand in hand with Finance M&A and Business Development teams in order to deliver the best deals for Business Partners throughout the group. She manages and coordinates all legal matters, ensuring compliance with the group’s governance and policies while keeping a business-oriented approach.
Thanks to the variety of the projects she has worked on, Diane has gained a good business sense, built up understanding of strategies and evidently developed negotiations skills.
Diane has an international background. She lived 3 years in the US, studied in London and Oxford, worked 6 months in Hong-Kong and has family ties to Peru.
She has two young children and is passionate about politics and travels.
