Marie-Therese holds a degree in Law Studies at the Universities of Saarbruecken and Bonn. She is currently since 2007 the Head of Government Relations at SAP AG, responsible for Government Relations worldwide.
She started her career in 1990 serving for the International Labor Organization. From 1991 to 1993, Marie-Therese was advisor for the Federal association of non-statutory welfare services.
Between 1993 and 1996 she was Head of Bertelsmann AG European Liaison Office in Brussels.
Between 1996 to 2005, she was Head of Microsoft Representation at EU level in Brussels and in EMEA.
From 2005 to 2007, Marie-Therese was Head of the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue secretariat.
