Ms.Lazerwitz has over twenty five years experience with international legal issues, including major acquisitions and the development of an international corporate integrity initiative.

She began her career in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as a litigator with the law firm, Duane Morris & Heckscher after completing both her undergraduate and legal studies at the University of Virginia.

Ms. Lazerwitz then worked in the in-house legal departments of ARAMARK and the Wood company in the U.S., where she was the company’s General Counsel, reporting to the CEO and to the Board of Directors.

Ms. Lazerwitz continued her career by leaving the US and joining Sodexo SA, a French international listed company in 2002 as International Counsel. After joining Sodexo she was promoted and created the position of Chief Legal Officer. As Chief Legal Officer of Sodexo she was responsible for the successful completions of several strategic acquisitions, most recently the acquisition of a major Indian service company. As Chief Legal Officer she also was instrumental in creating the Group’s first group-wide business integrity initiative and was the secretary of the Group’s Integrity Advisory Council.

Ms. Lazerwitz continude her career with Sodexo by creating the new position of Senior Vice-President, International Development, where she was responsible for the internal organization and strategic development of Sodexo’s International Large Accounts network.

In 2010, she became Associate General Counsel for Swarovski. She is based in Switzerland.
