Objective
The scope of our efforts is to enhance maturity levels in emerging leaders in order
to make them strong decision makers capable of generating long-term growth initiatives
within their businesses and society. The Women Talent Pool Program is there to help
emerging leaders to:
- enhance their spheres of influence by networking with prominent individuals of our
time, as well as with other emerging leaders
- maximize the level of adaptable
talent by cross-sector learning
- gain information that leads to growth through leader-to-leader learning
- refine leadership abilities by giving talks to a high-level audience and attending
learning opportunities online and offline offered by program sponsors and role models
